Medea, a performance history is the first interactive/multimedia ebook from the University of Oxford's Archive of Performances of Greek and Roman Drama (APGRD). Drawing on a unique collection of archival material and research at the APGRD, the ebook uses images, film, audio and newly commissioned interviews and digital objects to explore the rich production history of Euripides' Medea, a controversial play that has inspired countless interpretations, onstage and onscreen, in dance, drama and opera across the globe from antiquity to the present. Funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, the APGRD's ebook is free to download as either an iBook for Apple devices or as an EPUB
